Ingredients:

1 cup blended tangerine/orange juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup Canada Dry ginger ale (or any other with real ginger)
1 whole sprig of mint
3 whole ice cubes

Throw everything in the blender at once.
Blend 30-45 seconds.
